Developing collaboration, group problem-solving, effective group communication and decision making in the 21st century by using VR tools.
At the heart of this training, enriched with ever-changing exercises, is an immersive team game in which teams have to solve different logical tasks and puzzles developed by psychologists in a full VR environment. The team members are interdependent: they cannot cope with the challenges on their own, but only in close cooperation with each other.
Not a single leader can solve the organizational challenges of the 21st century. Creative problem-solving, innovation and efficiency require a well-organized team, horizontal and vertical collaboration, which is often as challenging as the original problem. Lack of collaboration has an impact on performance, organizational climate, and stress levels.
The training therefore aims to develop cooperation, group problem solving, collaborative decision making, effective communication within the group, handling unexpected situations, risk-taking, trust, and transparency.
“IMMERSIVE”: the VR experience is the sensory and psychological experience of being in another (digital) world.
INTENSE EXPERIENCE : The virtual digital world is interactive, it meets our expectations of reality, and our experience of reality becomes very strong.
MULTISENSORY: Our brain decides where we are based on sensory stimulation. The visual stimulation and sound effects of the digital world target multiple senses at once in a way that tricks the brain.
WOW EFFECT: Virtual Reality is full of surprises. Its discovery and experience evoke intense emotions.
The VR-enriched training is recommended for companies where horizontal or vertical collaboration, group problem-solving and decision making between managers (and employees) needs to be developed, and where the members of the organisation want to have a real 21st century training, experiential learning by doing.
