Spiral Dynamics is the name of a developmental stage model that describes a person’s values and their resulting worldview on eight levels. The aim of the training is to show how individuals and communities move through different value systems and worldviews, and how this knowledge can be applied to leadership and personal development.

What does it give and why is it important?

The issue of worldviews is very interesting to explore because it is along divergent worldviews that people, groups and nations most often clash, and it is along similar or accepting worldviews that cooperation and creation occur.

In team management, this also means that teams grow from one stage to the next, developing a values-based identity and consistently expanding their outlook.

If anything is certain in this ever-changing world, it is change itself, in which we must constantly reorient ourselves. Depending on our personalities, our personal life situations, we react differently to challenges, whether in our company, our team or even in our private life. What is difficult for one person is easy for another.

 

What can be a compass in this situation? What can help us in different situations affecting our company, and how do we deal with different people and colleagues, who, moreover, experience the constantly changing environment in their own unique way?
