The Enneagram is a highly nuanced and well-understood personality typology. Those who know it significantly increase their EQ and therefore become more effective leaders, communicators or self-organizers.

What does it give and why is it important?

It is observed that people get stronger in different functions. Some people are very active, others are thoughtful and analytical, and others stand out for their sensitivity. It is also well known that our attitudes can be linked to a part of a spectrum from introversion to extroversion. We see colleagues who are impulsive and procrastinating, cautious or hungry for success.

The knowledge of the Enneagram helps to understand the enduring pillars behind personal behaviour, so that we can work together in a conscious and qualitative way. The use of the Enneagram system has, since the 1990s, become an independent management consulting and organizational development trend in the United States. In this training, we look at nine different values, life management strategies, communication models and behavioural styles that describe the nature of people in a characteristic way.

The aim of the course is to equip people, who select and manage, motivate their staff, resolve conflicts, use targeted communication strategies, with new leadership tools.
