Dr. Ágnes Jenei, PhD, has extensive international experience in leadership and soft skills development, and delivers training sessions in Hungarian, English and Italian through university and public service courses. Her areas of expertise include leadership communication, negotiation techniques, conflict and stress management, and change management. She has a wealth of international teaching experience in Italy, Portugal, China, South Africa and other countries, and has participated in professional study trips and research in Norway, the Netherlands and Germany.
Within business coaching, besides the traditional framework, Ákos Kisses also has a lot of experience in on-the-job coaching. In connection with life coaching, he has developed a thesis in his counselling psychology training on the topic of supporting lifestyle goals with coaching methods, which is one of his favourite subjects. Ákos also empathises on the importance of stress management, which he believes is crucial in today’ rapidly evolving environment.
Born in Verona, Italy, Alessandro Farina graduated in Economics and Business. He moved to Hungary in 1992. He started his professional career in Budapest at a well-known English consulting company, assisting foreign investors and two years later he became partner. In 1995 he established ITL Group, one stop-shop consulting company, assisting a large numbers of investors in Hungary. He participates actively in several Associations and Clubs and has been awarded the “Paul Harris Fellow” twice by Rotary International and the title of “Officer of the Order of Merit” by the President of the Italian Republic for his role in stimulating economic and business exchanges between Hungary and Italy.
András Miskolczi started his career in the early 90s in the world of multinational companies, gaining management experience in areas such as selection, quality assurance, coaching and sales management. In 1995, he founded his own training company and since then has led numerous corporate training sessions, supporting corporate development and culture change projects in long-term partnerships. At the heart of his expertise is the Enneagram personality typology, which he has successfully applied in the areas of communication, leadership and self-development.
For more than 10 years, Erzsébet Vizinger has been helping managers and employees develop stress management, conflict resolution and workplace communication skills. With her extensive experience as a crisis counselling psychologist and integral counsellor, her presentations are practical and based on real-life examples. Her special expertise is made truly unique by her experience as a host negotiator and business consultant, developing critical skills in the modern business world. Elizabeth’s goal is to inspire participants through her training and help them on their personal and professional development path.
As a senior HR manager and consulting partner, Judit has been supporting the work of ITL Group Kft. and their clients for 10 years in the areas of human resource management, labour law and payroll consulting. In all this, she is supported by degrees in human resource management, labour law, payroll and social security and by the lean service development expert certificate, but her business coach qualification also helps her in countless situations, especially in the field of change management.
Luigino Bottega, an Italian entrepreneur captivated by the charm of Budapest, has spent over 50 years channeling his creativity and leadership into various fields such as marketing, event management, political strategy, and personal growth. He is the author of WinTheGame.Life, an illustrated essay, a collection of thoughts and experiences assembled into a useful formula for those who, armed with curiosity, wish to discover new perspectives for their personal growth and inspire personal development.
Szilvia Bobák has spent 26 years in business in the fields of finance, economics and marketing programme management, where as a middle and senior manager, people-relations and communication were a key part of her daily work. She is passionate in her belief that the greatest strength of companies lies in their people and the development of their skills. She has been studying Integrative Psychology and Coaching since 2006 and in 2023 she obtained a second degree as a mental health professional in the workplace. Since 2009, Silvia has accompanied individuals and groups on their development journey with a commitment to self-awareness and learning.
Szilvia Szlavitsek has more than 23 years of business experience as one of the owners of a European event management network and as the head of training and corporate events at ITL Group. She has been practicing self-awareness for 30 years and developing individuals and groups for 10 years, she is the founder and director of Accelium Hungary. Her background in competitive sports and passion for yoga both help her to bring out the maximum performance in others. Her commitment to lifelong learning is also evident in her leadership and mentoring work.
